service experience designer & strategist

Hello Reader! Let me introduce myself 🙂

I am a very open minded, creative and independent young service designer, who is ready to take up challenging tasks. My future plans are highly related with family businesses, strategic processes, and service design methodology – applied to create better services – which we use everyday.

I finished my bachelor degree in Corporate Management and my Masters in Service Experience Design and Innovation at University of the Arts in London. I truly want to combine the business thinking with the service design approach – to create unique solutions for my customers!

I also care about my continuous potential development, finding new learning opportunities and working on new, creative projects. I am highly motivated to achieve my goals, I can organise and run workshops, facilitate meetings, and I always concentrate on the team effort!
